The fact of the matter is this, this parenting gig is no ride in the park.  As of today my mom is gone to take care of her sister in another state.  And, although my husband and I were able to spend some *ahem* quality time together, tomorrow will be the true test of excitement.

We’ve made a few cleaning and organizing moves today and tomorrow I will finish up laundry.  It’s going to take a massive move of the garbage for me to even figure out where to go from here.  The point is, I can do this parenting stuff and I can make it happen.  I just may seem a bit frayed on the edges part of the time.

Oh well, school will be out soon and we are going to need a new routine anyway, right?
